Until about six or seven years ago, Apopa never showed up on any Salvadoran map. It was just too small to bother dotting I suppose, but all of that’s changed. Now things are such that one never has to leave the town to get what’s needed. That’s good and bad. Good because it’s damn convenient. Bad because it means I have very little reason to venture far from home. Makes for a very boring vacation in some respects.
