In five years, I’ve only found one ATM that takes my bankcard. Wouldn’t you know it’s located about an hour away from the house (by bus)? And of course, it’s located in one of the most expensive malls in the country. Not that this necessarily means anything but the machine is conveniently located near a bookstore and that’s trouble with a capital T.
